Mr Beast rebrands Feastables introduces New Packaging

Posted on

Jimmy Donaldson, popularly known as MrBeast, has made significant changes to his Feastables chocolate bar brand, following a recent copyright dispute surrounding the ‘Deez Nutz’ branding.

In January 2022, MrBeast introduced the Feastables brand, introducing a range of chocolate bars that quickly gained immense popularity, eventually making their way onto the shelves of nearly every Walmart store across the United States.

Over time, Feastables expanded its product line to include cookies and gummy candy.

However, just over two years later, MrBeast announced a major rebranding of Feastables, prompted by a legal battle over the use of the ‘Deez Nutz’ branding.

In December 2023, flavored peanut company ‘Dee’s Nuts’ filed a lawsuit against MrBeast, resulting in a judge ruling that he could no longer use the ‘Deez Nutz’ branding for his peanut butter-filled Feastables bar.

While MrBeast remained silent on the copyright dispute, he recently unveiled significant changes to the Feastables brand in early February 2024.

The revamped Feastables now sports an entirely new packaging design for each product variant, a reformulated recipe, and even a redesigned mold for the chocolate bar itself.

Perhaps the most noticeable alteration is the removal of unique names for individual bars.

Previously, the ‘Deez Nutz’ bar and the subsequent ‘Deez Nutz Crunch’ bar had distinct names, but they have been simplified to “peanut butter” and “peanut butter crunch” respectively.

Additionally, the milk chocolate and dark chocolate bars now feature clearer markings, making it easier for consumers to differentiate between the two flavors.

Feastables has announced that the new bars will gradually roll out to stores over the course of the next week, and MrBeast plans to release a video explaining the changes in detail.

These modifications reflect MrBeast’s commitment to adapting and evolving his brand in response to challenges and legal requirements.

By rebranding Feastables and removing the controversial ‘Deez Nutz’ name, MrBeast aims to ensure that his products comply with copyright laws and maintain a positive image in the market.

The new packaging design and improved labeling will enable customers to make informed choices and easily identify their preferred flavors.

MrBeast’s decision to invest in a redesigned mold for the chocolate bar demonstrates his dedication to delivering a high-quality product that stands out in the competitive confectionery market.

The reformulated recipe suggests that Feastables has undergone improvements in taste and texture, aiming to provide a delightful experience for consumers.

As Feastables begins its transition to the new branding, fans and customers eagerly anticipate MrBeast’s upcoming video, where he will likely share insights into the rebranding process and his vision for the future of the brand.

Given MrBeast’s massive online following and his reputation for philanthropy and grand-scale projects, his video is expected to garner significant attention and generate buzz around the revamped Feastables brand.
