Reed & Mackay, a London-based travel management company owned by Navan, has recently rebranded its Spanish subsidiary, Atlanta Events & Corporate Travel Consultants, under the Reed & Mackay name. This move comes after Reed & Mackay acquired Atlanta in November 2022 as part of its expansion plan in Europe.
In November 2023, Reed & Mackay further expanded its presence by entering the Nordics market. The company rebranded Swedish travel management company Resia, which it had acquired in March 2022. This strategic move aligns with Reed & Mackay’s global growth strategy, which focuses on combining local expertise and service-driven standards with a global reach.
Julie Oliver, CEO Europe of Reed & Mackay, expressed her excitement about launching the Reed & Mackay brand in Spain.

She highlighted the company’s 43 years of Spanish heritage and the experienced local team’s passion for corporate travel, events, and congresses.
Oliver emphasized that their goal is to provide a robust, high-quality offering for both local and multinational clients.
With the rebranding, Reed & Mackay now has office locations in Madrid, Barcelona, and Seville, strengthening its presence in major Spanish business hubs.
The company also noted that this move would enhance its expertise in the pharmaceutical sector, further solidifying its position in the market.
Paula Fuster, Managing Director of Reed & Mackay, Espana, expressed her delight in officially adopting the Reed & Mackay brand.
She acknowledged Atlanta Events & Corporate Travel Consultants as a trailblazer in the industry and emphasized that, as Reed & Mackay, their family has grown into an internationally recognized powerhouse.
Navan Group, which includes Reed & Mackay, was ranked as the fourth largest travel management company in Europe in the previous year’s list of leading TMCs on the continent.
This achievement reflects the company’s dedication to providing exceptional service and its successful expansion efforts in the European market.
