KFC South Africa Marketing Director Hloni Mohope, has achieved a remarkable milestone in her career at KFC.
She has recently been promoted to the esteemed position of Chief Marketing Officer for KFC Central and Eastern Europe, showcasing her exceptional leadership skills and immense contribution to the company’s success.
This promotion comes after her successful tenure as the Marketing Director for KFC South Africa, where she made significant strides in brand building and people development.
Hloni Mohope embarked on her journey with KFC in 2013, joining as a Senior Brand Manager for KFC Africa.
Since then, she has consistently demonstrated her prowess in various marketing disciplines, consistently delivering exceptional strategic thinking and driving outstanding execution.
Her ability to think critically and navigate complex marketing landscapes has been instrumental in propelling KFC Africa’s growth and success.
In recognition of her outstanding contributions, Hloni was promoted to the position of Marketing Director in 2022. In this role, she oversaw both Brand and Retail, and played a key role in shaping the company’s Brand & Purpose strategy.
Her efforts helped KFC South Africa solidify its position as a leading brand in the region, while also aligning its purpose with the evolving needs and expectations of consumers.
Moreover, Hloni Mohope has also played a pivotal role in fostering diversity and inclusion within KFC Africa. As a founding member of the Women on the Move program, she spearheaded the company’s first-ever female leadership development initiative.
